A movement score centered around inner reflection and how it can propel you forward in movement and in life. The italian phrase: “memores acti prudentes futuri” is what this score has grown from, meaning: mindful of things done, aware of things to come.

THE SCORE

Grab a piece of paper and a pen, write down a list of things that have taken place
already, recently or from long ago. Important or fleeting memories and feelings that only you hold.

Give yourself five minutes.

Let the writing of this list be with ease, don’t force it and when you’re done let it be done.

When you have completed your list, leave it where it is. For what’s next give yourself five to seven minutes .

Find a window.

Wherever you find this window you can stand, sit, lay but this will be a moment of stillness. In this stillness you will observe the world on the other side of this window. While you look out this window, let the words you wrote, your current space and this other world you're observing percolate.

Feel and understand where you were, where you are and the possibility of what is next. What if you were the other person, place or thing on the other side ?

Then when your time is up, move.

Take it at your own pace, take all information and observations inside and out to fuel this movement.

Finally, return to the list and take it in once more.
