ABOUT THE CLASS

Looking for a low pressure way to move your body, participate in a class and/or share knowledge? Meet CSD’s latest program Circle Up!

Built for those of us who need and want accountability partners, Circle Up is a collective dance space where the direction of the class is chosen by the participants. Each class will begin by assessing the needs and knowledge in the virtual room. The participants will then decide together how to move together; sharing exercises, theories, phrase work and time. Meant to feel like the pre/post technique class sharing that we all miss, we hope to reimagine that comfortability in this collective class space.
